Charlgrove Village Festival (Monday 6th May)
An excellent turn-out of club members and their machines, virtually the whole display of motorcycles, without us there would have been a very small showing . Unlike last year when the sun shone all day the weather this year remained overcast and quite cold all day, but it did at least stay dry. Didn’t seem to have put visitors off though. In addition to motorcycles there was also a collection of classic (and not so classic) cars and vintage engines, both of which seemed to be a little down on previous years, while the bike presence (us) has gotten bigger, one of our members (Nick) even picked up the prize for the best bike, well done.
Something new for this year from the organisers, those attending with their machines were given a bronze medal (Nick got a gold one) .
