Last Saturday and Sunday saw the Great Bucks Steam and Vintage Fair held at Shabbington near Thame.
Unlike some of the other Rallies this one does not attract that many motorcycles, but none the less a few club members attended with their machines.
For the most part the weather played fair apart from a short thunder storm on Saturday which saw the rally field empty and the beer tent fill up. Of the two days Sunday had the most exhibits, cars and bikes, although not that many more.
Steam, Stationary Engines, and Commercial Vehicles as per norm but also something not so often seen a display of heavy horses complete with their carriages, carts and implements. A fairly easy going sort of affair and a pleasant ride out.
Photo show the line up of bikes and the other “real” horse power.
