Winter Woolies Run Sunday March 2nd 2014 – arrangements

Members

A quick poll on Monday evening suggested that we could have a reasonable turnout for the first run of the year.
Please do let Geoff know if you are intending to make the trip either by motorcycle or by car so that he can ensure sufficient potatoes, bacon and cheese are purchased.
It is very kind of him to arrange for our victuals and really we should let him know or otherwise we run the big risk of not having any food. We don’t want a grumpy Geoff now do we?.
A procedure that we should adapt from now on is to sign on when we partake in any run organised by the club.
This procedure is well known to all members of the VMCC and probably other clubs too.
It reinforces the fact that we are partaking in a social run and that BMRCO and it’s officials/run leader are not in any way responsible for the road behaviour of anyone in the group.

SO now having read the foregoing please email Geoff and me to let us know if you are thinking of taking part in this run.
By all means bring along any guests but again please let Geoff know who they are and how many.

More details on this run can be seen in my post on the website dated January 21st
